IC Foods to AVOID

Trying to figure out what I can eat and what I can't eat... acidic foods send my IC Symptoms soaring. It is really difficult for me right now trying to stay healthy when so many healthy foods can't be eaten. All my life I have grabbed a piece of fruit or a veggie 2-3 times a day for 2 reasons: 1. I like fruit, and 2. I try to stay little (I'm not, but if I didn't try every day I would be gigantic!)... it seams the only things not on this list are breads, pastas and rice! Those are carbs that make me fat... I know this.... so, please help me figure out some meals without the following food items.

I am depressed and I can't seem to get past this!
